Psy, who burst onto the scene with his 2012 hit “Gangnam Style,” was involved in an absurd auto-incident last week.

The singer and rapper behind the campy hit, “Gangnam Style,” found himself in a fittingly absurd car crash in East China last Thursday.

Korean pop star Psy’s trip to the airport was derailed when his red Rolls Royce crashed into a bus, China’s People’s Daily newspaper reported.

There were no reports of injuries.

Immediately after the accident, the 37-year-old singer was then picked up by a Porsche, which had been clearing a path on the street in front of the Rolls Royce.

It’s not clear if Psy was the driver of the Rolls Royce.

Psy exploded onto the scene in 2012 thanks to his outlandish dance moves and ludicrous lyrics in the video for “Gangnam Style” — which has notched 2.4 billion views to date on YouTube. He has since graced listeners’ ears with similarly ridiculous, albeit less-viral hits such as “Gentleman” and “Hangover.”
